Lemon Basil: The leaves of this variety emit a fresh citrus aroma with a subtle lemony tint. Perfect for Asian and Indian dishes, seafood, and refreshing drinks such as lemonades and cocktails.
Purple Basil (Dark Opal): A striking variety with a rich purple color and a spicy, slightly tart taste. It is often used to garnish dishes, add to marinades and make vinegars or liqueurs. Great for experimental and fusion recipes.
