Our goal is to provide you with fresh, aromatic and environmentally friendly spices that make your kitchen brighter and the world around you a little greener.

At Bruyakh, we believe that the future of agriculture is eco-friendly, technologically advanced and accessible. Our mission is to make the world tastier, preserving natural resources and caring for the health of our customers.

Our Story — How Bruyakh Farm Was Born

The story of Bruyakh Farm began with a simple but inspiring idea: to combine the best traditions of spice cultivation with advanced technologies to create sustainable agriculture that is beneficial for people and nature. India, being a country where spices are an integral part of culture and cuisine, became the perfect place to realize this dream.

The idea of our farm was born from observing the challenges of traditional agriculture. Droughts, lack of land, chemical fertilizers and environmental pollution - all this negatively affected the production of high-quality products. We wondered: is it possible to grow spices all year round, preserving their freshness and health benefits, but without depleting the planet's resources? The answer was vertical farming - a method that allowed us to rethink the approach to growing plants.

First Steps

At the start, we spent hundreds of hours studying technologies, adapting ideas to the climate conditions of India and developing our own unique vertical farming system. We had to solve several key problems:

How to grow spices without soil?

How to minimize water use in a country where this resource is becoming increasingly valuable?

How to create a product that is healthy, environmentally friendly and always fresh?

These are the questions that became the basis of our project. We built the first pilot microfarm, where we tested LED lighting, hydroponic systems and automation. The results exceeded all expectations: basil, mint, rosemary and cilantro grew fresh, rich in aromas and without a single pesticide.

From idea to implementation

After the success of the first experiments, we realized that we were ready to make our project large-scale. This is how the Bruyakh farm was born - the first vertical microfarm in India focused on growing environmentally friendly spices. Our name, inspired by nature and innovation, reflects the desire to combine the traditions of Indian culture and modern technologies.

We are moving forward

Our story is just beginning. We continue to develop technologies, expand the farm and build long-term partnerships. We are proud to be able to grow spices that nourish not only the body, but also the soul.

Join us and become a part of the Bruyakh story. Together we will make the world more aromatic, tastier and more environmentally friendly!

Vertical Farming Technologies: How Does It Work?

Vertical farming is an innovative method of growing plants that allows for the most efficient use of space and resources, creating ideal conditions for crop growth. Unlike traditional fields or greenhouses, a vertical farm uses multi-tiered structures where plants grow on special racks or platforms located in several levels.

Here's how it's implemented on the Bruyakh farm:

Tortor condimentum

TPlants are grown on racks arranged vertically, in several tiers. This allows us to save space significantly: we can grow dozens of times more spices on a smaller plot of land. Multi-tier systems are ideal for urban conditions, where space is limited.

Smart LED lighting

  • We use energy-saving LEDs that provide plants with exactly the spectrum of light needed for photosynthesis. Thanks to this:
  • Each crop receives exactly as much light as it needs for optimal growth.
  • Artificial lighting allows you to grow spices around the clock, regardless of the season or the amount of sunlight.
  • Energy is saved, since LED lamps consume several times less resources than traditional lighting systems.

Microclimate control

Each tier of the farm has precise temperature, humidity and ventilation settings. Special sensors and automated systems constantly monitor the microclimate to maintain ideal conditions for the growth of each crop. This means that: No dependence on season, climate or weather conditions. Risks associated with pests and diseases that usually attack traditional fields are excluded.

Vertical farms are easily configured for different types of spices. We can change the lighting, composition of nutrient solutions and climate parameters for each tier, which allows you to simultaneously grow different crops in one space.

Automated irrigation system

  • Our farm is equipped with a high-tech irrigation and nutrient supply system. We use hydroponic and aeroponic methods:
  • Hydroponics: plants are grown in a nutrient solution that saturates the roots with all the necessary elements. This eliminates the use of soil, which means that soil-related diseases are completely eliminated.
  • Aeroponics: plant roots are in the air and are periodically sprayed with a nutrient solution, which ensures their optimal growth and oxygen access.
  • These systems minimize water consumption - up to 90% less water is used compared to traditional farming.
  • In addition, thanks to closed circulation systems, all nutrients are absorbed by plants, eliminating losses.
What are the benefits of vertical farming?

Year-round production: our spices are available 365 days a year, regardless of the season.
Space saving: with limited space, the farm can feed more people.
Resistance to external factors: plant growth is not affected by climate change, drought or extreme weather events.
Environmentally friendly: less water, less waste, no pesticides or fertilizers.
Maximum freshness: since we grow spices close to the city, they are delivered to customers in the shortest possible time.

Vertical farming at the Bruyakh farm is a step into the future of agriculture, where technology works for nature and provides a stable, sustainable and environmentally friendly way of eating. We believe that these production methods can change the world!

Quality without compromise: how we grow spices

At Bruyakh farm, quality is our top priority. We create ideal conditions for plant growth so that every spice that reaches you is not only fresh, but also retains its rich taste, aroma and beneficial properties. Here's how we achieve this:

Optimal Growing Conditions

On our vertical farm, each spice grows in an environment where everything is controlled with high precision:

Temperature: Special climate control systems maintain the ideal temperature for the growth of each crop. For example, basil prefers warm conditions, while mint prefers cooler ones.

Lighting: LED lamps create a spectrum of light that is most suitable for photosynthesis. This ensures uniform and healthy plant growth, even without sunlight.

Humidity: Sensors constantly monitor the humidity level, preventing plants from drying out or over-watering.

Nutrient: Thanks to the hydroponic system, plants receive a perfectly balanced solution of minerals and microelements, which ensures their strength and richness of taste.

Freshness guaranteed

From the moment of collection to delivery, we do everything to keep the spices as fresh as possible:

Hand picking: each plant is cut by hand at the peak of ripeness to preserve its taste, aroma and benefits.

Minimum storage time: due to the localization of the farm, we reduce the interval between collection and delivery so that the spices reach you within 24 hours.

No intermediaries: we control the entire process ourselves - from growing to shipping, which eliminates any compromises with quality.

No chemicals or pesticides

We use only natural growing methods:

Complete refusal of chemical fertilizers and pesticides ensures the purity of the products.
The controlled environment on the farm eliminates the occurrence of pests or diseases, which makes the use of chemicals unnecessary.
The result? Spices are not only safe, but also retain their natural taste and aroma.

Consistent quality all year round

Our farm does not depend on the season or weather. Vertical farming technologies allow us to grow spices all year round, which means:

Constant taste and aroma regardless of the season.
Confidence that each of your orders will be of the same quality.

Product with care for details

We approach the cultivation of spices as an art. Each plant undergoes strict control at all stages:

Growth: we monitor the condition of the plants daily.
Harvesting: spices are hand-harvested to avoid damage.
Packaging: the product is packaged to preserve freshness and aroma until the moment it reaches your kitchen.

The bottom line: quality you can feel

When you choose spices from our farm, you can be sure that you are getting a product:

Fresh - as if you just picked it from the branch.
Aromatic - a rich smell that fills your dish with life.
Healthy - no chemicals, pesticides or unnecessary additives, only natural purity.

We are proud to be able to offer you a product that pleases with taste, inspires with aroma and supports your health. Quality without compromise is what makes Bruyakh special.

Sustainability: How We Care for Nature

At Bruyakh Farm, we adhere to the principles of sustainable production so that our spices not only delight the taste, but also benefit the planet. Traditional agriculture is often associated with high water consumption, soil depletion and carbon emissions. Our farm eliminates these problems by using advanced vertical farming technologies.

Water savings: up to 90% less consumption

One of the key problems of traditional farming is the colossal consumption of water for irrigation of fields. We use hydroponic and aeroponic systems that optimize water use:

Hydroponics: plants receive nutrients through a closed system, where water constantly circulates and does not evaporate. This minimizes water loss.
Aeroponics: plant roots are sprayed with a nutrient mist, which ensures maximum absorption of moisture with minimal consumption.

Thanks to these methods, every drop of water is used with benefit, without leaks and evaporation. This is especially important in the context of a global shortage of fresh water.

Complete rejection of soil

  • At the Bruyakh farm, we have eliminated the use of traditional soil, which brings many environmental benefits:
  • Protection of land resources: we do not deplete the soil and do not use agricultural land, preserving natural ecosystems.
  • Elimination of soil erosion: traditional farming often leads to the destruction of the fertile soil layer. We work without soil, using only nutrient solutions.
  • No pollution: there is no risk of environmental pollution from fertilizers, pesticides or groundwater.
No chemical fertilizers and pesticides

We grow our spices in ideal conditions, without pests and diseases, thanks to a strictly controlled environment:

The use of pesticides that harm the soil, water and surrounding ecosystems is completely excluded.
We use only natural nutrient solutions that enrich plants with micro- and macroelements without polluting nature.
This makes our spices safe for both consumers and the environment.

Minimizing the carbon footprint

At our farm, we do everything to reduce carbon emissions at every stage of production:

Farm localization: our farm is located within the city or near it, which shortens logistics routes and reduces the carbon footprint of transporting products.

Energy-saving technologies: we use LED lighting, which consumes significantly less electricity than traditional lamps.

Waste reduction: thanks to closed water and nutrient circulation systems, we produce virtually no waste.

We are also considering switching to renewable energy sources such as solar panels to become even more sustainable.

Less Land, More Benefits

  • Vertical farms like Bruyakh use up to 95% less land than traditional farming. This means:
  • We preserve forests and wild natural ecosystems that would otherwise be destroyed for agriculture.
  • We grow more produce on less land, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh spices without harming the environment.
